Raymond Philyaw threw a 35-yard touchdown pass to Boo Williams on the first play from scrimmage in overtime to help the Kansas City Brigade beat the Arizona Rattlers 62-61 on Friday night in Kansas City, Mo.

Sherdrick Bonner pulled the Rattlers within one with a 31-yard touchdown pass to Kevin KcKenzie, but Gary Kral's 2-point conversion pass fell incomplete.

After Philyaw threw an 18-yard TD pass to Williams with 35 seconds left in regulation, Arizona tied it with 5 seconds to go on Bonner's 20-yard pass to Harvey Trandon and Kral's 2-point strike to Jeremiah Pope.

Philyaw was 26-of-37 for 352 yards and five touchdowns for the Brigade (2-2). Bonner was 24-of-39 for 248 yards and seven touchdowns for the Rattlers (1-4).

DESTROYERS 62, FORCE 61: At Columbus, Ohio, Matt Nagy threw a 2-yard touchdown pass to Marcus Knight with 14 seconds left, and the two combined again on a 2-point conversion to give the Columbus Destroyers a 62-61 victory over the Georgia Force. Nagy was 20-of-30 for 191 yards and four touchdowns and also ran for two scores for the Destroyers (2-2). Chris Greisen was 29-of-43 for 334 yards and seven touchdowns and also had two scoring runs for the Force (4-1).
