UTAH STATE PRISON — A convicted serial rapist will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Blaine H. Nelson, 53, will never be released from prison, the Utah Board of Pardons and Parole announced Monday.
During his parole hearing in October 2007, Nelson said he was guilty of 38 rapes and 37 attempts with a total of 75 victims. The parole board noted that he once raped three women in one night.
