JE Dunn Construction has been selected to build a temple for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the southwest quadrant of the Interstate 435 and Shoal Creek Parkway interchange in Kansas City, Mo.

Dunn spokeswoman Mary Moore said. But according to the church's Web

The Kansas City temple will be the first Mormon temple to
be built in the Kansas City area and will be one of only 70 built or
planned in the United States.
