LINDON, Utah County (AP) — Lindon is getting another major private donation.
The latest gift is the third to come within the past month. Police Chief Cody Cullimore says the undisclosed amount of money will fund most of a new Veterans Memorial that has been in the works for 2 1/2 years and can finally be completed.
The city also got a $100,000 donation in June for a senior center but kept the donor's identity a secret. The same donor kicked in an undisclosed amount that will go to a new park.
