Saturday night not only marked the last time seniors would play at the Brigham Young University Marriott Center, but it also marked a two-year hiatus from the Marriott Center for Zac Seljaas.

Seljaas, a freshman guard on the BYU basketball team, announced on Instagram that he received a mission call for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He will serve in the Iowa Des Moines Mission.

Greg Wrubell, known as the “voice of the Cougars,” and former BYU basketball player Jackson Emery congratulated Seljaas on Twitter.
