This week, Mormon musicians sang everything from rock classics like Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger” to old favorites like Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “The Sound of Music.” James the Mormon also released a new original, “I Won’t Let Go."
The family of Jenny Oaks Baker traveled to Salzburg, Austria, to film a “Sound of Music” video. The Facebook post read that the family has previously been likened to the Von Trapp family. “Today really felt like we were walking in their musical footsteps,” Jenny Oaks Baker wrote.

She wanted to encourage people to increase the amount of appreciation they show their husbands and fathers. “I don’t think we talk about it enough,” she said in the video.
Carraway also wrote on Instagram about the first LDS church she went to before she was baptized. “I am what happens when you don't judge someone. I am what happens when you live how Christ has taught us to. I am the result of unconditional love,” Carraway wrote in the post.

Evie Clair, a 12-year-old LDS singer from Arizona, will be on Tuesday’s episode of “America’s Got Talent.” She recently tweeted an article that was written about her for the upcoming show. The article referenced a cover video she made for her father, who has stage 4 colon cancer. The cover of “Eye of the Tiger” was done in collaboration with Spencer Jones, an LDS singer and songwriter who was on “America’s Got Talent” last year.

Ashley Romney has launched a scripture study group to help girls, young women and young adults learn and strengthen their testimonies of the Book of Mormon in 90 days. The group meets weekly on Fridays and they discuss questions provided in a study guide.
