NORTH SALT LAKE — The I-215 north on- and off-ramps at Redwood Road will close Friday at 9 p.m. so Utah Department of Transportation crews can finish the new diverging diamond interchange.

When the closure ends at 5 a.m. on Monday, the interchange will open with its final alignment.

During the closure, drivers heading east on I-215 who wish to go north on Redwood Road should detour to 2600 South or 500 South. Drivers heading west on I-215 who wish to go south on Redwood Road should detour to 2100 North or 700 North, and navigate to Redwood Road.
