ESPN’s College GameDay, the three-hour pregame show previewing college football games each week, aired a segment on the friendship of Utah football players Aaron Lowe and Ty Jordan Saturday.

Both players tragically died within a nine-month span.

GameDay’s segment focused on the bond between Lowe and Jordan, from their friendship at West Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas, to their continued connection at Utah. It also showed part of the funeral services for both Lowe and Jordan and touched on the tributes to each following their death.
