The holiday season is approaching, which means it’s time for “Oprah’s Favorite Things.”
Oprah Winfrey’s annual gift guide dropped Friday, with 72 gifts that include everything from TVs to cookware to a matching set of family pajamas.
Winfrey’s list has been a tradition since the 1990s, when she would feature potential holiday gift items in a segment for “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” according to People magazine. She typically covers a wide range of categories, including foods like a gourmet hot sauce and fashion items like Lady Gaga’s liquid eyeshadow set.
But this year’s list includes a “special twist,” according to Winfrey. Many of the items come from Black-owned or Black-led businesses, “because we believe Black lives — and Black businesses — matter,” Winfrey wrote for O, The Oprah Magazine.
Though the list is already available to view online, it will also be featured in December’s issue of the magazine, which will be available Nov. 17, according to USA Today.
Here are some of the items that you can find in “Oprah’s Favorite Things” this year.
- The Terrace Outdoor TV from Samsung.
- A Cast-Iron Enamel Six-Quart Dutch Oven from Ayesha’s Curry’s cookware line.
- Initial rings from ByChari, the same brand behind the “VOTE” necklace Michelle Obama made a splash with at the Democratic National Convention earlier this year.
- Tina Turner’s new autobiography, “Tina Turner: That’s My Life.”
- Fleece hoodies for dogs from House Dogge.
- The Telfar Medium Shopping Bag.
