“Lost” star Maggie Grace recently slammed her former co-star Evangeline Lilly for how the latter has been handling the novel coronavirus and social distancing.

What happened:

  • “Ant-Man and The Wasp” star Evangeline Lilly, who played Kate on “Lost,” went viral last week for posting on Instagram about how she would not quarantine during the coronavirus, saying everything would move “business as usual,” according to Entertainment Weekly.
  • She wrote: “Just dropped my kids off at gymnastics camp. They all washed their hands before going in. They are playing and laughing.  #businessasusual.”
  • A flood of people slammed her in the comments of her post. Now, that includes former co-star Maggie Grace, who played Shannon on “Lost.”
  • Grace wrote in the comments: “Hey there, I read your pre-edit post and I find it concerning. There’s no need to panic, but at the same time this is about all of us —the vulnerable, the immunocompromised, old folks.”
  • She said Lilly should “trust the extensive science here and not overwhelm the health care system.”
  • Grace said: “I say this with all humility, please rethink this. Your kids will be just fine without going to gymnastics, I promise.”

Meanwhile:

  • Separate from all of this, Grace and Lilly’s “Lost” co-star Daniel Dae Kim was diagnosed COVID-19 last week, which I wrote about for the Deseret News.
  • Kim tweeted: “Ready for a fight? I am. Yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.”
