College basketball tips off on Tuesday, with Utah State, BYU and Utah all in action. The No. 17 Aggies get things going at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum against Montana State at 8 p.m. BYU tips its season off against Cal State Fullerton at the Marriott Center at 7 p.m., while the Runnin’ Utes travel to Nevada to take on the Wolf Pack at 8:30 p.m.
