People attend the opening day of the Winter Market at The Gateway in Salt Lake City on Saturday. The Winter Market will operate at 12 South Rio Grande Street at The Gateway each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until April 17. The Winter Market emphasizes safe and efficient sales of produce, grass-fed meats, baked goods, dairy, eggs, honey, packaged foods and more, according to organizers. This year, organizers say they have enacted enhanced safety measures, including requiring masks for all vendors, patrons and staff; placing a minimum of 8 feet between booths; allowing no food sampling or dining areas; as well as other measures.
