After reading “The Elves and the Shoemaker,” the kindergartners got new shoes from the elves, with help from Davis Education Foundation and Mountain America Credit Union. “The Elves and the Shoemaker” is a set of fairy tales about a poor shoemaker who receives much-needed help from three young helpful elves.
