The Highland City Youth Council, city officials, police officers and firefighters participate in a drive-by parade for the residents of Highland Glen Assisted Living in Highland on Wednesday to show love and support for them during the novel coronavirus pandemic. Mayor Rod Mann and his wife serve as grand marshals for the parade, which included horses and a bagpiper. After parading past Highland Glen Assisted Living, participants did the same thing at the Utah State Developmental Center.
