Eva and Emma are covering the preliminary hearings from inside the courtroom and from video of the proceedings.

The preliminary hearing in the murder trial of Tyler Robinson, accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, was held Monday through Friday in Provo, Utah.

Robinson, the man charged in the Sept. 10, 2025, killing, faces several counts, including aggravated murder. The prosecution is seeking the death penalty.

Kirk, 31, who co-founded Turning Point USA, was killed on Sept. 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University, the first stop of Kirk’s “The American Comeback Tour.”
