A literary critic will speak at the seventh annual David P. Gardner Lecture in the Humanities and Fine Arts, Thursday, Nov. 15, at the University of Utah. His topic will be "The Religion-Making Imagination of Joseph Smith."

Harold Bloom, Sterling Professor of the Humanities at Yale University and Berg Professor of English at New York University Graduate School, will deliver the lecture at 7:30 p.m. in Kingsbury Hall. The free public lecture is taken from his current work, "The American Religion: Analysis and Prophecy."
