The soul singer's property in the posh Detroit suburb of Bloomfield Hills has been tagged with a $225,618 tax lien. It arose over her personal taxes for 1991, but the IRS said confidentiality guarantees prevent disclosure of case details.Franklin isn't accused of a crime. The lien represents the amount she would have to pay the IRS if the property is sold.
