Faye King Nielson, 71, of Salt Lake City, Utah, a former resident of Monroe, Utah, died Sunday, May 10, 1992, in a Salt Lake City hospital of ovarian cancer.

She was born in Antimony, Utah, November 2, 1920, to Lyman and Stella Gates King. She was involved in the auxiliary organizations of the LDS Church, including having served as stake Relief Society president. She was a devoted wife and mother. She was loved by all who knew her.She is survived by her husband, J. Marius Nielson, Salt Lake City; her children, James K. Nielson, Yorba Linda, Calif.; Mrs. Vince (Janet N.) Clayton, Hackettstown, New Jersey; Matt C. Nielson, Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters,

Eugene King and Kenneth King, both Antimony; Mrs. Bernell (Della) Washburn, Richfield; Mrs.

Virgil (Eva) Anderson, Salina; Mrs. Bruce (Ruth) Morgan, Ventura, Calif.; Mrs. Sharon Kimball, Ventura, Calif. Preceded in death by a son, Greg Nielson, one brother and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 14, 1992, 1 p.m., in the Monroe 4th LDS Ward Chapel, 49 East 200 North, Monroe. Friends may call at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary in Salt Lake City, Wednesday evening, 6-8 p.m. and at the ward chapel in Monroe Thursday, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial: Richfield City Cemetery.
