When it comes to AIDS awareness, the Duchess of York doesn't just talk the talk.
The former Sarah Ferguson, estranged wife of Britain's Prince Andrew, was in Portugal this week to help raise money for an AIDS awareness campaign.Asked if she had been tested for HIV, the duchess responded, "Of course! Once before I was married and once before becoming pregnant," according to Portugal's Diario de Noticias.
The duchess said she is "an amateur" in AIDS issues but is lending her support to the campaign because a Portuguese friend is suffering from the illness.
