The princess, who is the president of the relief organization Save the Children, on Tuesday visited the Children's Health Institute in the poor Lima neighborhood of Brena, which receives funding from the British Embassy."The princess was friendly, polite, sincere and very humble," said Esperanza Amezquita, the mother of an 18-month-old girl who was waiting to undergo a second heart operation.
