Y. law library gains director

PROVO — Kory Staheli is the new director of the Howard W. Hunter Law Library.

Staheli replaces former library director Constance Lundberg, who will continue teaching part-time in BYU's law school, according to a press release from Kevin J. Worthen, dean of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

Staheli graduated from the law school, and after three years of private practice, returned as a reference librarian. He obtained his master's degree in library and information science and was promoted to head of reference services and then associate director of public services.

Staheli left BYU to become associate director of the law library at the newly founded law school at the University of Las Vegas, where he assembled and trained the staff as well as developed and acquired the new collection. He returned to BYU last year to serve as associate director of the law library.
