LAS VEGAS — Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s evidence hearing in a felony domestic violence case in Las Vegas has been reset to March 10.
The 33-year-old professional fighter made a brief appearance in court Monday with his lawyer, Karen Winckler.
Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa agreed to the postponement.
Outside court, Mayweather declined to comment about the case. He says he'd rather talk about feeding the homeless or something positive.
Mayweather's accused of hitting and threatening his ex-girlfriend and threatening to beat two of their children during an argument at the woman's home in September.
Mayweather's lawyers have denied wrongdoing on his behalf.
Mayweather could face up to 34 years in state prison if he's convicted of all charges.
