BYU head coach Kalani Sitake celebrates the win over the University of Central Florida Knights during the Boca Raton Bowl in Boca Raton, Fla., on Tuesday. Brigham Young University dominated from start to finish in beating UFC, 49-23. The 16th-ranked Cougars started fast, scoring two touchdowns in the first four minutes of the game and rolled up a bowl record 655 yards of total offense. BYU finishes the season 11-1 after scrambling to reset its schedule due to pandemic-caused cancellations.
