Lynne D. Finney, an attorney, social worker and author, will give the keynote address at the sixth annual Conference on Victim Rights Thursday, April 29, in the state Capitol.

The conference, which will explore victimization within relationships, begins at 1 p.m. and will include a number of workshops and other events. A banquet will be held at 6 p.m., and a candlelighting ceremony is scheduled at 7:30 p.m."Religion's Response to Family Violence," "Date Rape - Improving a Community's Response" and "Nonaccidental Trauma and Child Neglect" are among many workshop topics.
