Kim Bojórquez is an audience strategist and reporter for the Deseret News. Originally from Los Angeles, she graduated from Utah Valley University with a B.A. in journalism and minor in Latin American studies. She was the editor in chief of her college newspaper, the UVU Review, when she was named a recipient of the 2018 Utah SPJ Sunshine Award for advocating for open records practices. Kim currently serves on the Utah SPJ board.
