Gregory Wayne Worthen, 38, passed away suddenly Dec. 5, 1994 of a pulmonary embolism.
He was born November 7, 1956 in Salt Lake City to Gerald Wayne and LaRae Kartchner Worthen. Married Joy Colynne Johnson July 14, 1993. Director of nursing at Zion's Health Care in Hurricane.He is survived by his wife; three sons, Daniel Jay, Jason Wayne, and Matthew John; parents; brother, Steven Kay and Carolyn Worthen; two sisters, Cathy and Dale Zesiger and Lisa and Kevin Shepherd.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, 1994 at 12 noon in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy. Friends may call at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Sat. one hour prior to the service.
