Diane Thomas, age 38, died August 26, 1995, of cardiac arrest.
She was born April 2, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah to George P. and Rose Henscheid Bakoulas. Graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1975. Married Steve Thomas July 14, 1979 in Midvale. Divorced, remaining friends.Survived by mother, Rose Bakoulas, Midvale; daughter, Anne Thomas, Boise, Idaho; sister, Karen (Kelly) Heaps, West Valley City; brother, John Bakoulas, Midvale; niece, Brandi Heaps; fiance, Walter Jeppesen and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by father, George Bakoulas; and son, Michael Thomas.

Funeral services Wednesday, Aug. 30, 1995, at 11 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, 75 East Lennox, Midvale. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Tuesday 6-8 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
