Our beloved son, brother, grandson and friend, Tyler Elliott Rauzon, age 16, passed away January 22, 1998, in Salt Lake City, due to injuries from an auto pedestrian accident.

Tyler was born January 2, 1982, in Salt Lake City Utah, the son of Keith and Cheryl Rauzon. He was attending Hillcrest High School as a sophomore. Prior to moving back to Utah, he lived in New York where he was an exceptional goalie for the traveling amateur New York Strikers Soccer Team. Tyler loved a variety of sports and activities, which he participated in with his family and many friends. Tyler was a kind and loving individual who was respected and admired by all who knew him. We will miss his special grin and his happy disposition. His passing saddens our hearts and leaves a great void in our lives.Survivors include his parents, Cheryl of Salt Lake City, father, Keith of Brownswood, Texas; two sisters, Brooke, Ashlee, both of Salt Lake; grandparents, Utella Taft, and Emmett and Margaret Heinrich; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by grandfather Vern Taft.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the paramedics, the Life Flight team and the LDS medical staff for their valiant efforts.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 26, 1998, 1 p.m., at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, Salt Lake City, Utah, where friends may call Sunday evening, from 6 to 8 p.m., and one hour prior to the services on Monday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Intermountain Organ Recovery Service, 230 South 500 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 1765 East 3300 South.
