Pauline Boggess Hunsaker, 52, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 14, 1999, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was a strong woman who fought breast cancer for over a year.

Mom was born July 19, 1947, in Murray, Utah to Reid Leon Boggess and the late Clara Amelia Thomson Boggess. She graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1966. Mom married our Dad, Weldon Reuel Hunsaker, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on March 17, 1967. They made their home in Draper where they raised their six children. During this time, Mom served in many callings for the LDS Church. She held positions in the Primary, YoungWomen, and Relief Society presidencies. She especially enjoyed working with the youth as Stake Young Womens President. In 1997 she was called to organize a stake pioneer trek for several hundred youth. She also lovingly supported her husband as a Bishop and a member of the Stake Presidency for many years. Mom will always be remembered for her willingness to serve and give to others. Her greatest love was spending time with her family. Especially with her 17 grand children.

She will be greatly loved and missed by her entire family: her husband, Weldon R. Hunsaker, and their six children, Stephanie (Drew) Baker, Garrick (Linda) Hunsaker, Bryan (Carolyn) Hunsaker, Jason (Kimi) Hunsaker, Joylyn Hunsaker, Katrina Hunsaker; her precious grandchildren, Ashley, Colby, Whitney, Kennedy, Brayden, Emily, Tucker, Kiley, Shyanne, Austin, Erick, Colten, Lexi, Tyson, Shanece, and Tyler. She also is survived by her father, Reid Boggess, and her step-mother, Marilyn Boggess, and her two brothers, and two sisters, Jerry (Portia) Boggess, Lars Boggess, Susan (Brad) Denney, and Marian (Dan) Gates. She was preceded in death by her mother, Clara Amelia Thomson Boggess.
